Drive Toward a Cure
The full “Mother, May I?” Spring Tour is back for its 10th running, complete with stops, lunch, and the optional dinner! And this year I've formalized the tour’s relationship with Drive Toward a Cure!
Drive Toward a Cure pursues an alternative to the numerous ‘for profit’ rally driving programs through the creation of events that team Cars and Camaraderie to raise funds and awareness to support the challenges of Parkinson’s Disease, benefiting research and patient care.
For the first time in the history of the tour, there will be a charge of $100 per car to support Drive Toward a Cure.
- 100% of the fee is a donation to Drive Toward a Cure, for which you’ll get a receipt for tax purposes. Additional donation amounts are welcome - why stop at $100???
- The cost of lunch is INCLUDED, thanks to our generous sponsors!
- Each car will get complimentary bottles of water.
- As in the past, the optional dinner continues to be at the participant’s cost under a separate tab.
Be One In A Million: Since 2016, Drive Toward a Cure has been on a mission to support Parkinson’s Disease research AND patient care, with donations benefiting the Michael J. Fox Foundation and the Parkinson’s Foundation. Most recently, DTaC created its own ‘Access to Care’ fund that supports Parkinson Foundation Centers of Excellence throughout the country! Having raised more than $960,000 since DTaC's inception, thanks to generous individual donors, clubs, and organizations, DTaC is on the cusp of crossing the $1 million dollar threshold. And your participation on the “Mother, May I?” Spring Tour will directly contribute to the push to cross that threshold. To find out more, please visit the #BeOneInAMillion page.
If you have questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to answer. I’ll send periodic follow-up emails with updates as the date approaches.
I look forward to seeing you on May 7!

What 's the Processing Fee?
Drive Toward a Cure is charged a fee for every transaction. In order to maximize our fundraising in support of Parkinson's Disease research and patient care, we are asking that registrants agree to cover this fee. It is your option, however, and you may decline to cover the extra fee. We won't think any less of you If
