Yesterday we arrived in Maine!
Our Airbnb is beautiful. Part of our bucket list has been accomplished. Now to eat as much lobster as we see fit. We will be here for 3 days and 3 nights. It feels good to enjoy the deck over looking the water and listening the the waves roll into the rocks. A hummingbird greeted me as I sit. Thank you mom for the reminder.
This has certainly been a life-changing experience. We have been able to meet so many amazing people on this journey. I have so much to digest from this ride. It’s much more than I could have ever imagined. So far we have raised $10,700!
Trip highlights:
Mike’s vote: The biggest highlight so far was seeing Niagara Falls.
Clyde’s vote: The winding valley in Pennsylvania and southern New York were green, lush and really, really pretty countryside.
Me: All of the above!
Getting into Buffalo with traffic was interesting. No motorcycles except us. Some guy in an Infinity car pulled up next to me and cranked his head as he looked at me. Like, “what crazy people would do this?” Cool thing, people were really forgiving of our lack of not knowing until the last minute where we needed to get off or on.
I love my bike and it has served me well. Knock on wood!
Our ride was featured in Driven Women Magazine!
I have also done radio shows and podcasts. So much fun!
Amazing, incredible, unbelievable and I’m still curious how it has passed so quickly. A different bed every night. Ask me where I was on day 4 (Mike asked that question). I have no idea. But Sherpa Clyde does!
It feels like no time has passed. Except that it has and at a very fast pace. Is it time travel or time warp? What is time?
I ask YRUW8NG?
